@shorinji.kempo.eu mail was created to allow practitioners of the sport to have exclusive access to a very privileged domain, which normally would only be used by a single organization for their own use. We thought it would be nice to share it. You must agree that @shorinji.kempo.eu looks a lot better than something like kempo-hero.com or kempo-school.eu ;)

We also did not want to make it a service for which you pay with your privacy and have annoying advertisements shown to you. For that you can go to gmail or outlook/hotmail. Good thing we do not have such free accounts being used by spammers, now your outgoing messages are less likely to be marked as spam.

We are working on integrating a nice chat group messaging solution for personal and kempo teaching use.

It is (of course) not allowed to use our environment for unsolicited email. We are just writing this here again, because you undoubtedly are eager to start using your @shorinji.kempo.eu email account, and did not take the time to read our terms-of-service-email (which is very important).

Please keep in mind we will report any inappropriate behaviour to your master and a video of your punishment will be published on the www.kempo.eu website! ;)

GDPR

Our supplier controls the whole infrastructure necessary to deliver these email services, nothing is being outsourced to other companies who again outsource to other companies that then put it some American cloud, like you see so often these days. Everything stays within Europe. The servers are located in Europe in a data centre in Amsterdam, which is famous for its HUB connectivity in Europe. We are not using any US based cloud infrastructures.

We care about this infrastructure.

school authorization code You can get this code at your martial arts school from your teacher. They can get unlimited codes for free, to give to their students or teachers. This is how we try to only allow kempo practitioners to use the @shorinji.kempo.eu email.
